I took Dillon, and his family to the LDS Temple, here in Las Vegas. I have known Dillon personally for a long time. He is a rambunctious, fun, sweet boy. And that's just it, he is all boy! But, when we walked onto the temple grounds, he got so quiet, and so reverent. He never ran around, he never yelled, and never showed any disrespect, or lack of understanding of where we were at. We never had to remind him to be reverent. He just knew. I love watching the changes take place in these kids, every time I take them to this sacred place, to do their photos.
This was such a special, sweet experience for me, and I couldn't have been more honored to be able to do this for this sweet family. Not only was he the first boy I have gotten to do this type of session for, but I am so proud of Dillon for the choice he has made, on his own, to become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love him very much, and have enjoyed watching him become a wonderful, loving, fun young man.
Here are some of my favorite photos from the session:

His mom had the idea for this photo, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out!

This is my favorite photo from this whole session. Thank you to April Anderson for the idea, and for allowing me to use her action figures to do this!!!

Had to sneak a black and white in. I love how it shows his lashes and adorable freckles.
